We'll start with a get to know you and your project phone call.
We will address: desired features, site restrictions, permits, and budget estimates.
The biggest benefit to having a 3D design plan prepared to scale is to address any spacial changes you'd like to see before construction begins.
Next, we plan a site visit (if applicable) to view your site, current and desire space utilization.
We'll chat about materials, construction methods, investment expectations, and more to craft your dream space.
After our Design Consultation, we'll make a detailed budget plan.
This helps us start designing while keeping everything within your budget, guiding the project in the right direction.
This is the really fun part! We start designing based on the information & preferences we've gathered.
We provide full plans including a 3D to scale rendering of your design.

As a "Design-Manage" firm, we've partnered with vetted companies. We send designs to them for bidding, review the bids and contracts with you, and oversee installation for a set fee to ensure it meets industry and our high standards.

Upon completion of the project, we will walk through the project with you to make certain all expectations were met.

Hi, I'm Joey.
So glad you stopped by to check us out.
I've been a landscape designer for 25 years and have worn ALL hats in that field. Recently, I've decided to stick to what I do best... the design!
I'm passionate about this field of work, and have been around the block many many times. I know what works, what doesn't.
I've won awards for my designs and been featured in magazines.
But more important than all of that.... I want to design you a place that you LOVE.
That you envision spending time in.
And don't want to leave.
A couple of fun facts about me, I'm a father of 3, a musician, and a 3x Lymphoma survivor, and an ornamental plant geek.

We met with Joey, who clearly knew what deer-resisiteant plants would work in our garden, who balaced out the size or area of where we needed to the most work, by sculpting that area with addes grass and using taller plants to potentially cover the outside eye sores like a cooling fan system on the outside of our home.
